We use PayPal and their Shopping Cart system to securely process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express . This is a secure way of processing your payment and shipping your jewelry as soon as possible. Simply click on the Type of Jewlery at the top of any page, then click on the piece that you are interested. This will give you the detailed view of the item, then click on the Add to Cart button. To view what is in your shopping cart at any time, click on Shopping Cart link at the top of any page. When you are ready to purchase, click "Checkout" and follow the steps to purchase your jewelry.
If you do not have a PayPal account, the shopping cart will ask you to open one. It is free, safe and easy to do. If you have questions about PayPal, click on the logo, and you can read all about their security and guarantees.
WE ALSO WELCOME CASH ORDERS
Simply click on the Type of Jewlery at the top of any
page, then click on the piece that you are interested in.
This will give you the detailed view of the item; then click
on the PayByCheck Button This will take you to our email Order
Form. You will need to select the items that you wish to purchase,
complete the form and then click on the Submit the
Order button. When we receive the order, we will calculate
the shipping
charges, and taxes,

Please wait for a "response invoice" from us before
sending your payment. Your order will be shipped after the
correct funds have cleard our bank.
If your purchase is a gift, and you would like the item(s)
shipped directly to the recipient(s), please use the recipient's
shipping information and indicate that it is a gift in the
Special Instructions area. No receipt will be included with
gift shipments. A receipt will always be sent to you.
Be sure to include your daytime phone number and/or e-mail
address in case we need clarification.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All available jewelry items will be shipped within 1 to 3 days
of payment confirmation. If an item has been previously sold,
options for ordering a similar item will be discussed, and
an alternative time frame will be suggested.
All jewelry will be shipped from Coral Gables, Florida via
UPS Ground Service, within the USA,. There is a $6.00
shipping and handling charge for the first item, and a $2.00
charge for each additonal item. if the order exceeds $200
(excluding any taxes), the shipping is FREE! If requested,
alternate arrangements may be made for shipping, such as 1-day,
2-day, etc. Additional charges will apply.
Insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be individually
calculated based on the total amount of your order. You must
contact us prior to shipping if you wish to have your order
insured. We will contact you with the additonal amount and

Should you require shipment to an alternate address for a
gift or any other reason, please call or e-mail us, and we
will gladly help with those arrangements.

OUR GUARANTEE
All our jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects
in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry
break, and an inspection reveals it was due to flaw on our
part, we will repair or replace the item at no additional
cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund. All of the materials
we use in crafting our jewelry are 'natural' and/or handmade.
Since many of of KReations are one of a kind designs slight
variations in color and texture may be expected. They will
in no way affect the overall appearance of our jewelery. Our
bracelets are sized to fit the average wrist 7 to 7.5
inches. If you require a larger or smaller size, please email
us and we can custom craft a bracelet for you.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Jewelry may be returned or exchanged for a credit only
within 10 days of purchase. Refunds may be considered on a
case-by-case basis.
RETURN BY MAIL
Please e-mail or call us at 1-877-274-3466 to get a Return
Authorization number. Please allow 1 week from the day you
return your package for your credit to be issued. Exchanges
or online store credits will not be issued without a Return
Authorization number.
WHOLESALE INFORMATION
